Are you a natural leader with a love for coffee? (We see you, born organizers.) As our Coordinator, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Good to know we already integrated tools like slack & notion to get ourselves organized. And now we are ready to shift gears to the next level!

What You’ll Do:

• 👥 Lead the Team: Be the go-to person for our volunteer crew.

• 🗂️ Organize Like a Pro: Set up efficient structures to streamline our work.

• 📅 Project Whiz: Oversee the entire event, ensuring every detail is perfect.

• ⏩ Keep the Pace: Make sure we’re always moving forward and hitting our goals.

• 💡 Decide and Conquer: Make key decisions to keep the team on track.

What You Bring:

• 👊 Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• ☕ A passion for coffee and event planning.

• 🧠 Ability to make quick, effective decisions.

• 📢 Excellent communication skills.

• 🎯 Experience in project management or a similar role.

• You are living in Antwerp 

• You can commit to this project for 1 year (ideally longer)
