This competition is organized by Antwerp Coffee Week, as part of Antwerp Coffee Week. By participating, entrants accept the following competition rules.

Participation Requirements

• Participation is free and does not require any purchase.

• Participants must be at least 18 years old.

• Employees of Antwerp Coffee Week and participating coffee bars are excluded from participation.

• To enter, participants must collect an official Antwerp Coffee Week stamp card and get it stamped at 10 different participating coffee bars.

• A fully stamped card must be submitted no later than April 27 at a participating coffee bar.

Prizes and Draw

• Prizes have been donated by various sponsors and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

• Winners will be randomly selected from the correctly submitted stamp cards.

• The draw will take place on May 6, and winners will be announced on the Antwerp Coffee Week Instagram.

• The organizers will contact the winners. If a winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner will be drawn.

• Prizes must be collected by the winners themselves. No delivery or shipping is provided.

Privacy & Data Processing

• Participants agree that their name and email address may be used for communication regarding the contest.

• Personal data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted after the contest unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

• Antwerp Coffee Week and the participating coffee bars cannot be held responsible for any damages, losses, or delays related to this contest.

• Any unforeseen circumstances will be assessed and resolved by the organizers.

Modifications & Cancellation

• The organization reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
